About Us
Magnificat Ministry is a Catholic women's ministry rooted in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Here you will find a space of authentic friendship and accompaniment, a place to experience the healing touch of God's mercy through affirmation and spiritual insight. Women have a unique gift to walk with others in their joyful and sorrowful places. You don't have to do this alone.
Whether you're deepening your prayer life, looking for genuine friendships, or seeking ways to serve, Magnificat is a place where you belong.
We were wounded in isolation, and it is in relationship that we heal.
Our Four Pillars
Each week we gather around one of these four pillars, following the pattern Jesus set with His disciples.
Building real, lasting friendships through shared meals, gatherings, and everyday moments of connection. No woman walks alone here.
Answering Christ's call to serve our parish, our community, and one another. Faith in action, hands and hearts working together.
A place of accompaniment and authenticity where you are seen, heard, and loved. Come grow deeper in holiness and healing through community and spiritual reflections.
Encountering God together in prayer, adoration, and the sacraments. Worship is the heartbeat of everything we do.
